We can provide higher quality Sake and Shochu with you by managing and monitoring our product and brewery as the same as Japanese traditional ways. In addition, our staff and organization are educated well to serve our high quality Sake and Shochu.

Collaboration with Vietnamese and Japanese food culture

Generally speaking, Sake is enjoyed with Japanese food such as Sashimi and Sushi. However, we propose the new idea of having Sake with Vietnamese food.
